How we work

A practice built around fit

Finding the right therapist matters more than finding one quickly. Everything here is set up to get that part right.

We start with a conversationA short call before you commit to anything, so you can ask what you need to ask and we can point you to the clinician whose training fits the work.
A team, not a directoryOur clinicians practice together and consult with each other. If someone is not the right fit, we will say so and help you find who is.
Care that connectsWe coordinate with prescribers, schools, and medical teams when that is part of your picture, so therapy works alongside the rest of your care.

Ways we can work together

Every clinician here has their own focus. These are the areas the practice covers, and each one has a page explaining how the work goes.

The clinicians

Twelve therapists, each with their own focus. Fit matters more than anything else in therapy, so it is worth reading who does what.

Meet the team

Therapy works when the fit is right. That is the part we take seriously.

Getting started

What the first step looks like

You reach out by phone or through the form, and we set up a short call. That call is free and there is no expectation attached to it.

We ask what brings you in and what you are hoping for. If we have someone whose training fits, we introduce you. If we do not, we will tell you that and point you somewhere that does.

From there you and your clinician set a schedule that works. Most people meet weekly to start.
