He specializes in vocational therapy, exploring the connections between mental health and career satisfaction, including career transitions, job loss, and workplace trauma. His approach integrates CBT, ACT, and strengths-based collaboration.
Prior experience includes positions at the Boston University Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation and a local Program for Assertive Community Treatment. He earned his Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Boston College in 2018. His practice emphasizes skill development, community connection, resilience building, and identity formation.
Outside work, he enjoys rock climbing, music composition, romantic comedies, board games, and exploring New England.
