How to use this page
The areas below are how we organize the work, not how you have to describe it. Most people arrive with a situation rather than a diagnosis, and the first conversation is partly about working out which of these it belongs in.
If more than one applies, that is the norm rather than a complication. Anxiety and depression travel together. Trauma sits underneath a great deal of what looks like something else. A couple in difficulty often has two individual histories in the room. We match you with a clinician whose training covers the combination rather than the headline.
If you are not sure where you fit
Say so when you get in touch. A short call is usually enough to work out whether we are the right practice and which clinician makes sense, and it costs nothing.
If what you need sits outside what we do, we will tell you plainly and point you somewhere specific rather than handing you a directory. Mental health resources lists the services worth using.
